Dutch fans will wear black armbands for the World Cup tournament after one of their number drowned last week in Lake Malawi, which is located between Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania.
Thousands of football fans stampeded the gates outside the Makhulong Stadium in Johannesburg before a World Cup warm-up match between Nigeria and North Korea. Some 20 Nigerian fans and one policeman were injured.
